Every business owner strives to provide their best service . This is my twenty six year serving the community. I understand that there are a few unhappy customers. In this business it can't be avoided. The consumer must realize that all refunds are based on IRS and bank approvals. If a loan product was chosen, due to privacy practices there are matters I am not aware of such as back child support, back taxes or unpaid student loans. To publicly bash a business about poor service shows poor judgement. I have attempted to address each complaint. My main complaint failed to state that the delay was due to receiving a larger refund than was expected because of our diligent observations.
