Arlene Kerr Martin

As a Registered Social Worker (clinical), trained as a Yoga Therapist (trauma informed), Mindfulness teacher, and with more than 30 years of experience in social services, I use a collaborative and interactive approach in my work. I have a unique skill set that combines my experience, training, and education in order to take a whole person view, body, mind, and heart, within my work. I work alongside individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including stress, caregiver fatigue, anger, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, grief and loss.
