About Jenna Rae Fitness
I've been active my whole life, devoting most of my childhood and teen years to playing a high level of soccer. When I hit around 17, I started to burn out. With my passion for soccer dwindling, I felt lost. Over the next few months I lost muscle and gained body fat because, well, I wasn't playing competitive soccer 6 days a week! I decided to get serious about all things health and fitness. I started eating cleaner, designing my own workouts, and I lost about 20lbs. From there I became a certified personal trainer and got my Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology.
