Budget Self Storage

Decent prices but terrible customer service. Can only access the units during the business hours and they lock the gates after 5pm, not a good storage facility for working individuals. I was also only told this the day of my move in and they wouldn’t let me move my stuff in because they locked the gates early. Very poor communication from the business. They constantly change the codes for the buildings but never inform the customers of the change. Previously used sentinel storage with no issues and I have now switched back

Fair price and safe storage for excess stuff ;) the codes to access change often for security and the location is gated after hours. Staff always ask identifying info before giving codes. I feel my belongings are safe there.

Great Example of Bad customer service!
We arrived around 430 with a truck full of boxes, the customer service rep did not let us check-in even though we have booked it weeks in advance! We requested them many times as all other storage in town were closed. No luck! Would never go back!

I have been storing items for the past year @ Budget, 820 Notre Dame Dr. and moved to 4 or 5 different lockers. The staff have been amazing, always accommodating & making my several moves easier. They are extremely helpful and friendly even during their rebuild on their office. Thank you!! Chris, Kristen, Carly, Keith & the others I dealt with there! When I moved out this month it felt like I was leaving friends :)

Ben from this location is NOT supportive of other businesses at all as I tried to reach out and be sincere to be suggested for the work I do and he was just rude and dismissive. So opinion wise I suggest just trying another storage centre, one who cares about you as a customer and as a person, move on! Some people are just the Ben's of the world...uncaring and not into helping anyone else out BUT himself from his reply back to me. Just fell on deaf, insensitive ears.
