A bit about Elm odebience school
-over 30 years experience teaching dog obedience classes in Calgary
- Instructors regularly attend canine training and behavior seminars to remain up to date on current training theories and methods
-Instructors teach firm but fair FUN methods THAT WORK for you AND your dog
-Emphasis is on teaching you how to understand and observe canins behavior, noting how it differs from human behavior
-Ensures that all dogs are treated fairly and humanely, with their intelligence and dignity respected.
-10 week Beginners course teaches your dog the fundamentals to provide a solid foundation. Your dog will learn: sit, down, stand, heel, come and finish in a graduated progression that ensures complete understanding of all commands
-6 week Novice Polishing course reinforces that basic exercises to prepare for entry in formal C.K.C. Novice Obedience Trials as well as off-leash control for everyday life. Jumping is also introduced to teach correct form so necessary for advanced Obedience levels, Agility, Flyball, or Scent Hurdle racing.
