This is the worst retail experience I have ever had.
I bought a snorkel and mask for myself and my boyfriend. I asked if I could bring the mask back if it didn't fit my boyfriend. The salesperson said "yes, no problem".
I felt that the salesperson had been very pushy, so I decided to check out some other dive shops in the area. On average for the same products, the price I paid for each product was $40 more at Aqua Systems than the other shops. I felt totally ripped off, so I went back the next day to return everything. The salesperson said they didn't do refunds, only in-store credits, which he said that he had made explicit to me. This was never told to me. Now I am out $100 that I could have used for dives.
If you expect a friendly atmosphere, fair prices, good customer service, and common decency in transacting business, this is NOT a place for you. Save yourself $100 and go elsewhere.
