Wow people have nothing nice to say about your company. The fact is unless people have delivered flyers they don't know what they are talking about. It takes lots of time to put the flyers together and to deliver them when it's raining and snowing and yeah they might step on your lawn. Get over it. We delivered flyers with our kids for quite a few years. My kids bought a dog and a car out of their funds. No one appreciates this service but we certainly do. Wen t away on holidays came back and no flyers. I'm devastated without them. I don't know who has sales and can't figure out where I can save money. It's a thankless job but good job. Ooops my flyers did arrive without any problems after my holidays. Thank you flyer force. GOOD JOB

All of you that are cringing about what your carrier does to you, understand that the "carrier" gets paid less then $100 a month to deliver your flyers. For a route of 120 houses the pay is now around $70 since Thursdays are now the only delivery day. So @ 4.5 times per week for say 3 - 4 hours work the pay is $ 3.89 - 5.19 an hour. No wonder your carrier doesn't give a hoot!! Amazing how companies can get around minimum age laws.

I can't believe Flyer Force is allowd to stay in business. I live in a group of Condo's in Falconridge & for the last year, flyer delivery has stopped in a very large area. I called several times & was told a manager would bring my flyers. ( I didn't notice anyone else get any). I actually had good delivery for about 6 months & now it's stopped again. I have repeatedly called to ask for my flyers. I"m a senior & depend on them to help me do my shopping etc. Is that too much to ask? Apparently it is. I wonder if this company knows how to treat employee's. Do they pay them enough to stay & work? Flyer Force must be tough to work for as they don't seem to have any staff. I have met several people in the NE who complain about the same thing. I've heard, "I haven't had flyer delivery for 2 years" or "I've given up, sick & tired of phoning them". This company doesn't seem to care. They have to know they have very poooooor delivery service. With the flat economy in Calgary there has to be some young people or even seniors looking to get a job & want to work. Pay more money, improve your business. Come on Flyer Force, clean up your act. PLEASE!!

I have had to contact them six times in the last year to try to get them to stop delivering flyers. The darn things go directly in the recycling bin and I resent having to pick them up off my step when I have told them so many times to piss off. It takes everything in me not to want to resort to violence when I open up my front door and see two rolls of useless bloody flyers sitting there.

So carrier walks across my yard kicks snow around on a shoveled walk to get to my stairs....where they just throw the bundle of flyers that breaks apart to only end up scattered all over the stairs?!?! Not the first time! There in for a really nice surprise next week!

Weekly flyer delivery does not happen consistently. Everyone else I know in other communities always get theirs on time and always on the same day. Here in Deer Ridge, sometimes we get them Friday morning, sometimes Saturday, sometimes not at all! Last week, they were left on our path just off the sidewalk! As most of the sales start Friday (some Thursday), I would like to have these on Thursday as I know other communities get theirs on Thursdays. We've had to call on numerous occasions because we didn't get flyers at all for the week!

Not impressed,Complained many times that the flyers are not delivered,always told someone will deliver and then no show.Can not believe Companies pay to have these delivered, and when they are requested to have then delivered they are not delivered.Hawkmount Green

Quite a while ago I called and asked that Flyer Force stop delivering flyers to my residence, I don't want them, I don't read them and they go directly into my recycle bin... As of recently they have started to leave them on my step again, not only that but the turd that is delivering them is walking across our well groomed and freshly fertilized lawn leaving His foot prints across the lawn( have Him on security camera doing this).. Is this how they are trained to just cut across someones lawn and leaving their foot prints?? What ever happened to having some respect for other peoples property.. If I catch Him doing this again He will get a roll of flyers up side His head!!! Not impressed with Flyer Force!!!

We haven't been receiving flyers continuously since last fall. I have emailed several times and the first time they said they would hand deliver me the flyers...this never happened. I have since emailed them several times and now they won't even respond to me.I can't believe they can get away with this horrible service.

I didn't expect on Tuesday (April 8) the flyers. Whoever delivered them threw them on my steps and during the windy night they flew all over and to my neighbours yards and on top they were destroyed by the rain. I usually receive them on Wednesday and they are put in my large mailbox with no damage. I would love to get a new undamaged set. my phone # is 403 279 6454

Service since late summer 2012 has been abismal in our area. I can count on one hand how many flyers we have received between September 2012 and January 2013. When we do receive them, they are usually 2 days late!
Maybe it is necessary to contact the head offices of some of the retailers who are paying for a distribution service which they are NOT receiving.

I have NEVER seen a company like this one for poor customer service. It kills me to give them any amount of a rating - if a negative rating was available, I would give it. I have basically begged for my flyers and have received emails from at least three people there over a couple of months. Only once did they follow through and send me flyers - they actually couriered them to me that day. If they don't have delivery people then it is up to the Area Managers to deliver them. I am sure they are taking money from the companies who assume that they are delivering them.

0 stars. If I could give lower I would. The service is at best inconsistent and more often not at all. There are no flyers delivered on Tuesday and when the weekend flyers are delivered, they are delivered anywhere from Friday evening to Sunday evening. They are never delivered on Thursday. This is the 2nd week in a row that I have not reveived flyers and I have left yet another message for Kevin with the Flyer Force. Hopefully the carrier that is is being paid not to work is at least conscientous enough to recycle the undelivered flyers and they are not ending up in the landfill.
