Five Star Distribution

August 10, 2016 @ 10:45am called Five Star Distribution to let them know one of their delivery people shoved a collection of flyers through my front door screen door, breaking the screen. My mailman notified me of the problem by knocking on my door and I took pictures of the flyers in the screen before removing them. I was told when I called and spoke to a worker named Louisa that the owner would call me first thing the next day. I did not receive a call, so I called them back August 12, 2016 @ 3:32pm and spoke to a Sandra, she told me the owner was gone for the day and would call me back Monday. She also admitted she saw the note Louisa left about my initial call and the owner was aware of the initial call. Today is August 19th, 2016 and I have not received any follow up at all. My next step is filing a police report for damages, which seems a ridiculous escalation that could have been easily avoided. Clearly Five Star Distribution does not care about their customers and has zero customer service skills. No apology, no offer to fix the damages, not even a courtesy follow up call to verify the facts / evidence.
