I have dealt with almost every luxury dealership in Michigan and many in other cities and Autos Tempest Group has the best service I have ever experienced. After a really unpleasant service experience with another large dealership they picked my car up the next day (on a holiday), delivered a nice loaner, and the service manager Lucas was a delight to deal with. The sales manager, Chad Arion, and Lucas updated me constantly even though the repairs/service seemed to be done in record time. Since I specialize in a niche luxury service business (real estate) I am especially sensitive to the level of service provided by professionals in other industries and I will never purchase a car from another dealership and highly advise anyone else to consider the same.

I live in Pennsylvania and recently bought a car from Autos Tempest Group. I had not seen the car prior to delivery. Extremely smooth transaction and the vehicle was exactly as expected when it arrived. Andrew was extremely accommodating and I don’t have a single complaint. Finally a car dealer you can trust. These guys went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

I have been looking for a Cayman 718 for months now, until I finally found one online and went to see it first hand. My sales agent was Erik Stowasser, yes, as the name probably says he is of German descent. He actually worked in Germany Stuttgart at the Porsche Factory and knows a great deal about Porsche, more than I could have ever imagine, so yes he's been of great help in choosing the right car with the right options. I finally decided on a Carmine Red CAYMAN GTS 2018, with PDK Transmission, Sport plus Pack and bucket seats, the kind that are on the GT4 Cayman, what can I say, I love this car, it is a pleasure to simply watch it, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and with this guys, they did not rushed me into anything, they have presented me with allot of options, and in the end that has helped me make the right choice.

It has been an experience, it took me a while to sell my car trough them first, because I needed the money and than some to get a new one, so yes, it took about 2 months for them to find a buyer for mine for the price I wanted but they finaly did so I went back to them with the difference to buy a new one. Well not a new one in the sense that I bought a new car, it is still an used one but new to me. So here I am now, 2 months latter, just getting ready to drive back home in this gorgeous Range Rover Superchaged. Is it all I hoped for? at the moment I would say Yes and more, miles are great, paint is unblemished, still 2 years of warranty, I mean what can go wrong?? Just kidding, everything looks and feels perfect, and I would not be able to get it if they would have not sold my old car for the price I ve asked for, which by the way was not low as you would expect when trading in your car for a new one, so try them, you might be surprised, I know I am.

Finally an easy way to buy a car, I mean they are not the only ones to have this options, I have heard of Carvana having this too, but I never dealt with them.
I have just purchased a Tesla Model S and it was a great experience, in the sense that I got the car I wanted, a Tesla S P90D, for the price I was hooping for :).
Joshua was great, I simply told him the year, make and model, color I wanted and options and in just a few hours he found the perfect one for me. Paid cash for it, and everything else followed very quickly and with no hassle. Next day I had the car delivered to me, and after another 3 days I had it.

Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with them while I was on the look for a new car. I heard they have good prices so I searched the web for their website and tried to see if I can find anything I would like and I did. Called them and had a long conversation with Steven, he explained to me a little bit about the warranty they offer and options for financing and in the end I have decided on a 2015 Tesla. Since I am in AR I booked a flight to MI and wen to see the car for myself, it was exactly as presented on the website so I took it for a test drive with Steven and went to the closest Tesla charging station so I can make sure everything is working properly. Aside from the tires that were a little wear off, the overall condition of the vehicle was excellent, so the deal was done.
They than shipped the car to me for free and is now standing in my driveway. As I was there I could not help to notice that they have a large inventory, very large actually, and they store there all sorts of car, from cheap, to medium to exotic cars, saw an Aston Martin convertible that caught my eye :), so I do recommend a visit if in Warren!

This review is long overdue, I have purchased an Acura MDX from this guys in about a month ago and had it shipped from Warren MI to Rancho Cordova CA. The thing that made me look for a car outside my own state was first of all the price, found the car on Autotrader, and it was listed as a private sale, so I called the owner, who was a Lady from NJ, who at that time worked on a cruise ship and was away most of the time so she said that is why she choose to sell the car trough a broker. At first, the price, the story, it all sounded to me like some Craig's scam to be honest, but I told myself, let me investigate this further and find out the truth, and not just act based on what other people have experienced so I did. She gave me the contacts for Autos Tempest in Warren and I called them. Spoke with Robert who explained to me the process and the options I have available, and of course the first option was for me to go pick it up in person, but since I was busy with work most of the time I had to consider shipping it. After he explained to me the process and the cost of everything I have decided to do it, spoke with my bank and they released a certified check which I have sent to them. They have shipped the car 5 days after I have sent the check, and it took another 6 days to get to me.
The deal goes like this, you get the car, after you pay for it of course, you get the title and everything, but there is a clause in the contract that says you have 7 days or 250 miles to test it after you have received it, and if you find any issues with it you can return it at no cost and get your money back. I know, sounds to good to be true, but after Robert has pointed out the fact that this procedure is done by other much larger companies, one of them being Carvana, which I knew, and after I have done my own research and found out that was true, I've decided to go trough with it. In the end it was all as advertised, the car arrived, I took it to an Acura dealership where they have performed all the tests on it, and everything was as expected. I am happy with the purchase, but still, I remain a fan of seeing the car first before buying it, so in the future if I plan to purchase another car from them I will book a flight and go visit them, saw they have a large inventory and maybe by going there in person I can find an even better deal next time.

My experience with Autos Tempest was great and allot of fun, I have to give a special thanks to Andrew P. I have wanted a Porsche for quite a while and am only in the beginning stages of looking, but Andrew still spent over an hour with me, showing all the models, walking me through options, answering all my questions, and best of all, not pushing me with cheesy sales pitches. Just a really professional, straightforward and funny guy. I will absolutely be purchasing my car from Autos Tempest and Andrew in particular, in the near future, as now I am still missing a few thousands.

I have just purchased a car this past month, my sales person was Daniel C. very friendly guy, knowledgeable, and straight to the point, no nonsense, knows how to make you feel right at home, he helped find the one with the most options and less miles, which is what we all want. Since I paid cash the whole process went pretty smooth and that I simply enjoyed the ride home with my new Porsche 911. He answered all my questions in a very professional manner, his knowledge about Porsche is overwhelming, he owns a 911 too, and it is his 3rd I was told.
After about 2 weeks I called them back because there was a small issue with a sensor, and Daniel called a Porsche dealership in my area, arranged for me to go to them right away, and they fixed everything for me at their expenses.
In conclusion I had a wonderful experience, great place with great people and lovely cars.

I am already a return customer! Michael took excellent care of me in the past and was just as helpful this time around. Spending money on cars can cause some anxiety since used cars can be fraught with danger. You have to really trust the source to know the automobile you're buying is in excellent condition. The car choices are amazing and so are the staff. Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable and I appreciate his no-nonsense approach to business. Our discussions and negotiating happened over the phone, and from experience I know I can trust everything he says. When I bought my Porsche Boxster, there were a few issues that came up after the sale was complete regarding the convertible top and the seats. Without missing a beat, Michael arranged for the repairs at a Porsche Dealership near me and it was repaired quickly with the costs were covered. You just don't find that kind of after-purchase service in the used automobile industry anymore.
Their showroom has anything and everything you could dream of and in my opinion houses the nicest collection of cars in all of Texas. You could spend hours looking at all the choices. Most places diminish the buying experience when they turn up the pressure and try to oversell. I never felt pressure and knew the deal I was getting was very fair. My new Porsche 911 didn't have even a scratch on it. Michael arranged for the annual and all services to be completed by the time I went to pick up my new ride. It was detailed to perfection and the paperwork was easy to complete. I can honestly say I got a good deal on trade-ins as well.
The biggest compliment is return business, and I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Michael treats the sale with great respect and makes me feel like family. He's a great guy and I'll be back time and time again because of him.
