So just to share a little of my experience with XYZ. This is the first time in 50 plus years that I've used a storage facility and it is tremendous. The service is amazing, the people are friendly, the facility you can eat off the floors. Everything they say they're going to do, they deliver. I highly recommend you work with XYZ.

Found the access hours a bit onerous. I assume it's to reduce the security burden. Other than that, encountered only friendly staff and a clean, reliably climate-controlled environment.

Since there are lots of storage units out there please spare the time and avoid this one. Staff is brutally awful and mean. They have restrictions on when you can come access your storage between certain times, and above all they’re way way overpriced so do yourself a favour check your options carefully as there are much cheaper options for the same space

There were some positives to using this storage facility, it was easy to set up the rental and to gain access to the building. The inside of the building is also very clean and safe. There were some challenges that I faced - it needs to be noted that you cannot access the building outside of regular business hours without providing written notification and gaining approval so it’s not something that can be done last minute. I was also owed a partial refund due to their pre-payment process. It took me three months and about four or five back-and-forth emails to receive the refund cheque in the mail. I was disappointed with that side of the process.
