I called Mobility Savers 2 months ago to see if I could donate disability items for FREE!
I spoke to a nice lady on the phone and they said they would come and retrieve them.
I did get a call telling me they could not after a couple of days.
I have emailed them seven times and left 4 telephone calls to contact me.
NO ONE ever called me back. Maybe they are out of business or bankrupt as their line is always busy. They never ever followed up after declining to pick-up these "free" items for their clients obviously to resell.
If they are still in business, they should not be. Very disrespectful and do not ever return emails or telephone calls. I would NEVER call them again.

I got my first scooter from Mobility Savers in 1995, the second in 2000, and recently a fabulous power wheelchair. I was so sad when they moved. I'm glad their number did not change. It's still the 416 750-1940. They are now in Midland and Ellesmere, in a bigger and much nicer place. I used to be able to drive my scooter to their place, now they are a wheeltrans ride away. The good thing they do all my service in the comfort of my living room or they give me a free loaner. They are like family to me. A 5 Star Company.
