As veterans of big law, we understand the inefficiencies created by overstaffing cases with junior associates. So we do not have associates. Led by two partners, our other lawyers are all “counsel” in the truest sense of the word. Our experienced attorneys are all ready to counsel our clients in any situation. But while we do not believe in the traditional law firm staffing model, we also understand that it may not always make sense for our experienced lawyers to be tasked with typically junior functions, including large scale document reviews. Leveraging technology, our paralegal staff and dedicated outside contract attorneys, we are always sensitive to, and prepared for, our clients’ needs.
