About Carezone Counselling
I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Worker. I received my Master of Clinical Social Worker from Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition to my formal education I have received formal training, advanced courses, workshops, and seminars in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My goal is to help you reach your full potential, free yourself from obsessive and dark thoughts, learn the root cause of your inner struggle, develop effective strategies to deal with life stressors, and discover and grow your inner strengths so you make long lasting positive changes.
