I called the Rexdale locations 3 times this evening and asked to speak with someone in the electronics department. The woman who ansered the phone did not know how to transfer and hung up on me 3 times. Each time I called it was the same lady which answered. The last time I called I asked the associate to ask someone for help to transfer or to provide me with a direct number. At this time she asked for help and I was then transferred to customer service. That rep then transferred me to the electronics department. The who answered said it was 9:10pm and they were closed and failed to offer any assistance.

The purpose for my call was to ask if they had a cd in stock. I can't beleive one rep hung up on me three times and the other two reps were by no means helpful. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. It was very disappointing. Leasons learned, go to Walmart!
