The Staff was very helpful and kind, I have a disabled daughter and the sales person was very kind to her, truly nice to see good people work here.

Lazy staff, long lineups and poor management. This store needs improvement and the staff needs to be trained in customer service.

Good management presence and very attention to customers concerns. Great improvement overall over the last year. Great prices and customer service. Very pleased

Word of Caution to anyone shopping at this Store. I got a $250.00 (yes that's two hundred and fifty) ticket for stopping in front of the doors to pick up my 76 year old mother and load her purchases in my car.

The Parking Officer was standing right there and still issured the ticket. This parking lot is not very accessible let alone the loading area at the front doors of the store.

I filed a complaint with the Store Manager and Head Office and urge you to do the same so that some action will be taken to seriously address this issue.

Walking into Zellers at Lawrence Square, you will immediately realize that this store is at the bottom of the retail food chain. The isles are in a permanent state of disarray, prices are not clearly marked or are simply incorrect, common items are regularly out of stock, and if you are lucky enough to find a sales staffer who isn’t busy chatting with the other staff, they don’t seem to of any help.
This particular Zellers either seems to stock closeout items from other retailers, incomplete sets, or odd sizes. I don’t know what the management is thinking when I see such a poor level customer service combined with their hit and miss inventory.
