Zellers

I have had GREAt in store experiences yet today i have tried to call for 2 hours and have been hung up on over 30 times. they answer and I asked for the toy department or customer service and they say hold on and then you wait 5 minutes and then someone picks up the phone and says bye. I am trying to give them hundreds of dollars of business and yet they will not even give me the time of day. Its horrible service and maybe I should take my money and business to Wal Mart or Toys R us they seem to care about their customers and their customer retention.

It's always a pleasure to shop at this Zeller's. It is spacious, clean and well-organized. Great selection and the best prices. Sufficient staff, and they are pleasant and helpful. Good, inexpensive snack counter. Excellent pharmacy staff. I drive out of my way to shop at this store. It is so much better than other stores. Thank you.

I went and checked this place out. I was surprised from the time I walked in, it was big and airy(high ceilings), not claustrophobic like older Zellers stores. I liked that it felt clean when I was in there and the layout worked for me.

Merchandise I feel the prices weren't the best, but I liked the quality of the merchandise that I found.

Very impressed with it. Would likely go back again.

This is a great Zellers - clean and well organized. Unlike the insane Walmart, this is a great place to shop.

It may be because it was the first day of opening however it was a nightmare. The isles are not wide enough for the carts I kept clashing with people oh and while we are on the topic of carts $1.00 deposit seems a bit steep, I understand it is a loss prevention tactic however if someone does push the cart to the road through the carpark over the uneven ground they should be allowed to keep it. Also Wonderbra's were offered at 45% off, this was not honoured at the counter and to be told it does not start until Saturday made my blood boil..why did it not say that in the flyer and on the topper on the bras...Also the assistants customer service left a lot to be desired, I know it was busy but that couldn't careless attitude upset me. I am glad my rant will award a charity $1!!I certainly will not shop there again once I get the price adjustment for the bras!!

Products are not soso like Wallmart...much better quality and price point is great. The sales staff are friendly but slow. Too bad that it is closing by August/09 and moving to near the Mandarin Buffet in Eglinton...will be farther from where I live so I will stick right now with the BAY. I hope to get more choices in their electronic dept. in the new store.
