Wal-Mart Canada Inc

Everybody knows that these department stores like to jump the gun when it comes to special occasions. The Hallowe'en stuff comes out in late August, Christmas stuff is out by late October, Easter stuff is out by early March. I went into this Wal-Mart, and they got all kinds of stuff I wanted for my birthday - the new Big Wreck CD, Tower Heist on Blu Ray, Cuisinart mini food processor. Only problem is, my birthday isn't for another 2 months. Enough already!

Not to take shots at the individuals who work for Wal-Mart, but the level of customer service has decreased dramatically over the years. Tough to find help when needed, long lines at cash register, available personal not equipped to help and managers appearing either preoccupied or apathetic to customers plight. Yesterday, I spent over 20 minutes in a line (with two small children) that was over 8 people deep. Only one cash register was open and calls for addition staff went unanswer for at least 15 minutes. Not the customer service tooted about in their ads.
