Last evening around 6:15 PM I tried to browse for printer Ink and get info on external hard drives, was unsuccessful as the four young employees had the Rock music playing so loud it was painful to the ears. I walked around to where they were doing something on one of the tablets and completely ignored me. not one of them asked if they could help me.
With service this lax does not do anything for your store and because of this will not shop there again. Ther employees playing Boom Box Music like it was the concert they missed.

I'm sorry but had to leave.

Disappointed Customer

the front dest was fine. dr. prinsloo told me to go to my family doctor after 5 mins of seeing me. I'm a diligent medical student with clinical experience and he made me feel like i was an idot… more so a chimp escaped from the zoo… he was smirky and weird.. he didn't ask my medical history. i don't care about you smiling and all but at least ask me the appropriate questions… when did your symptoms start… how have they progressed… ect. ect.

walmart needs to employ better doctors… or at lease ones that care about taking care of the patent, not just raking in cash from walk in visits…

this is the world I'm gonna become a doctor in! Shameful!

Dr. Prinsloo is the worst experience with the Manitoba Health care system I have ever encountered. He did not listen to the medical issues, and said he could not help - that I need to get a family doctor or go to the crisis unit !?

He spent 3 minutes with us, was rude and not empathetic and would not assist in any way. I guess they get paid whether they spend 3 minutes, or 30minutes with patients? Or did he actually mean he does not have the expertise to deal with these type of medical issues?

We left feeling shocked, and wondering if in fact, this is a real doctor, or perhaps he has some medical issues himself that are affecting his judgement.

I have gone to Walmart several times a week for the past month. Several common items (such as Kleenex, and cascade dishwasher pods) have not been stocked. For a whole month. Also, recently purchased bag of broccoli and bag of romain. When I got home to use them, the were completely rotten. What a waste. Will no longer purchase my produce there. Gross and very disappointing.

why is there a difference in meat selection and grocery
pricing between the kenaston and St. Vital store , the latter
being cheaper?

I get exceptional service at this Walmart. Also about 10 years ago I worked there. The management was very flexible when I back to school to become a paramedic. I am now a nurse and I still appreciate there help. I also returned a broken chair i bought a month ago without a recite.

I went to the Medical Clinic the other day - and the Doctor was super nice and I didn't have to wait more than 5 mins to see him - I am sure that once it is there a little longer it will get busier - In a pinch I would go to the Medical Clinic when I can not get in to see my own Doc.

The Manager, Valdie Johnson is the rudest person at the store. I am in there just about everyday and he does not even have the courtesy to say hello. The staff are always complaining about him. They say if he likes you your okay, but if he doesn't look out. I filled in a Customer Service compliment card for one of the best cashiers they had and she was never acknowleged by management. The other managers are nice. The staff are always grumbling about the Management. Time for a change. Kent one of the managers is really nice.

I quite like this Wal-Mart! The staff, although not overly friendly, gives you help if you need it. The store is well laid out and they have a lot of variety in everything. The pharmacy section is by far the best section I've been to. The staff there is very nice and is very willing to help with any sort of issue you have. :)

This is the way all pharmacies need to be run! They have great prices and good service. The staff are always friendly and approachable. One time, I had a prescription from a doctor that they didn't have in stock and they went to the trouble of phoning around to see who had the product for me so I didn't have to wait for it. I can never find anyone in the rest of the store but there's always someone in the pharmacy that can help me if I have questions about product.

I'm a Free Press 6 day subscriber, and I've noticed that you have correction notices in the paper for certain items in your flyer. I'm writing to tell you that I haven't received your flyer for about a month now, and I'm wandering why? Is it the paper to blame, or Walmart not targeting the St.Norbert,Mb. area ?? Just thought you'd like to know.

I love the Pharmacy and my review is for the Pharmacy only. The other reviewer was correct about the rest of the store--empty shelves, out of staple grocery and pet items a lot of the time. I've had some pretty snarky cashiers there--never at the Pharmacy, though... not sure why there's a disconnect in how the Pharmacy is run and the rest of the store...shouldn't happen...

My husband and I have been coming to this Wal-Mart since it opened, we find the staff very helpful and the manager a very friendly and helpful gentleman.

the service from any person at this walmart is horrible; no one can give you answers and always tell you that "you have to come back when the right person is in" I NEED ANSWERS NOW; I don't have time to be running around waiting on people to get answers, its ridiculous. I shop at Wal-Mart lots and I advise you to avoid going to this location if you require ANY assistance from the employees.

Just wanted to recognize the helpful automotive guys at this walmart. One young man (Nathan P) offered to stay late and fix my tire. It was Saturday at 5:00 (closing time) and they didn't open again until noon the next day. I was from out of town and needed to leave that night. Thanks for your help Nathan (and other helpful employees) I really appreciated your kindness. Nicole from Ontario

We have lived in area of Walmart for the past 11 years. This Walmart store is one of the worst stocked stores we have been in, especially seeing the store is located in such an affluent area of Winnipeg. Common items are often not in stock and the shelves are often empty. I cannot believe this particular Walmart is managed so poorly and why the Walmart Chain has not convert this store into a Supercenter. Numerous customers we have spoken to have reiterated these same concerns. Something has to be done to improve service or as we have done on serveral occasions and that is not to shop there and take our business elsewhere.

I brought my car in for an oil change today. When I picked it up a few hours later and started to drive away, the speedometer did not work, the gauges were not working, the car would not shift from first gear and those were only the things I noticed right away. To make a long story short, I was spoken down to like a piece of garbage by 2 mechanics and the service manager who all told me that "Everyone tires to screw Wal-Mart and we have no idea if the car was brought in like that." I was quite upset because they all told me it was my fault. The kicker for me was the mechanic laughing at me on my way out. We'll see if the letter I am going to write describing how I was treated there by 4 separate employees is funny. In my opinion, avoid the service area at any cost. Never had a problem in the regular store but I will never go back to the service center and will make sure everyone I know does the same and have them pass this on as well. I was waiting for the cameras to come out of the back and someone tell me I was being punked. It was that ridiculous and these guys were awful. The way they treated several customers there while I was around probably won't be too funny in a very short time when I visit this manager and the district manager. Wal-mart says they price themselves on customer service.........we'll see.

This store is pretty good. The staff are friendly and the hours of the store are good. It is a good location to have the store since there is not much else around this area that is a huge store like walmart carrying almost anything you could ask for.
