Pathetic company. Don't waste your time or your money. I ordered school attire from this website as they are a "vendor" for my school. An almost $150 order, five items, and roughly a two month wait period. Today I asked for an update on my order as I had only received one item in the two month time period, they asked which items I was missing, I said everything except the jacket, they then said you mean you're only missing the jacket, to which I responded that I clearly said I was missing everything except the jacket and told them to answer the question, they then sent me a tracking link and told me to contact USPS myself if I was going to be rude, to which I responded by saying that if they couldn't understand what someone is saying the first time they need to find a new job and that I wanted a refund or a direct email to speak to someone competent. Since they forwarded the communications to my school and I have been asked to cease communication w them, that was the end of the conversation.
1. This company never provided tracking information in the first place.
2. This company never sent out notice that the orders were shipped.
3. This order was only placed because my program director couldn't be bothered to ensure her students were provided w proper attire at the beginning of the program and liked to ignore emails as well. Luckily, she is now gone and they're looking for a replacement.
Anyone looking to order here, beware that they are unreliable and uncommunicative (PRIOR to having an issue - i.e., not providing tracking links and shipping notifications) and any students ordering from here just know that if you have an issue w them they will turn it over to your school. 😂
Update: today, three months after placing my initial order and two months after reaching out for an update (was a two month wait period), I received part of my order (2/5 items). let me remind you that the employee I had spoken to a month prior had assured me that my items had all been delivered in October, so tell me why the items where packaged and mailed out on December 2nd ? this company is a fucking joke.
