Came out for an intermittent power issue, charged me, claimed it was fixed. Problem returned the next day. Found out he’d already charged my tenant the day before for the same “fix.” When I called, he exploded: screaming, cursing, then sent a flood of abusive texts. Dishonest, incompetent, and unhinged. Avoid like the plague.
