This business is now called the Kamloops Denture and Implant Centre.
I went to this Denture Clinic in Kamloops, because I had no issues with my last denture made from here 10 years ago. When I went in 2 years ago for a new upper denture, a new owner (Gary Sallaway) had taken over the business. He talked me into getting a higher quality denture (at a much higher cost) and it is made out of this new and much stronger material. He tells me it's far superior to my old dentures. After just the first year, they cracked right in the centre. I took them back to him and he repaired them at no cost to me which is what I would have expected. I thought that after he repired them, there would not be any issues with them for a long time. I was wrong. Only one year later, they broke in the same place again, only cracked farther this time. When I took them into him, I was expecting that he would stand behind his work and replace the inferior denture. He flat our refused to replace them and on top of that, he said it will cost me $115.00 for him to repir them again. In my opinion, he is a fraud!!! I will be taking them to someone else for repair. This person does not honor his work. I have to wonder if I even got the type of denture material that I paid for. Unlikely! Dentures are suposed to last at least 5 years and I have been wearing dentures for almost 40 years. These are by far the worst I have ever had.
