About Hotel Chateau De Pierre
The Consul of the Republic of Argentina(J.A. Senillosa-1904) and the Secretary Treasurer of the province of Quebec (P.G.Owen-1905) were among later occupants. From 1907 to 1943, Ethel Jones and her sister were the owners and they returned the house to its vacation as a private hoom. Wilfred Corriveau reconverted the building into a boarding house in 1943 and, in 1960, the Couturier family extensively renovated the house, restoring it into its former elegance. The house is now " Le Chateau de Pierre".
