As one of the first nurse practitioners to practice in California, Raisa Howard, NP established the Women’s Clinic LA in 1992 to serve the health needs of women in the Los Angeles area. Raisa Howard, NP earned a degree in midwifery from the Odessa National Medical University in Odessa, Ukraine. She then completed the nurse practitioner program at the University of California at Los Angeles in conjunction with the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Raisa Howard, NP is certified by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
