Paul’s Moving Company just helped me move on Friday and they did amazing! They were super kind and respectful. They truly made my moving experience such a breeze. I want to thank Jessie, Colton and Bagus. You guys did wonderful!

We recently used Paul’s Moving for our move, and I’m very happy with how everything went. The team was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently to get everything done in a timely manner. I really appreciated that they wrapped all of the furniture and laid down floor runners to keep everything clean and protected. Their communication was great, and they made the moving process so much less stressful. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move!

First, Sandy came to our home to give us an estimate. On moving day we had three very nice, hardworking men arrive to move us from Abbotsford to Salmon Arm. The guys efficiently took apart our furniture and beds. All the furniture was wrapped in blankets and the sofa shrink wrapped. Everything was kept safe on the truck overnight and brought to us the next day. They helped by putting things in the rooms they belonged in and assembling furniture etc. We had absolutely no complaints and would recommend highly recommend them. I am super impressed with Paul’s Moving and I’d highly recommend them. Hands down the easiest move I’ve ever had. From receiving the quote and booking with Dustin (who offered a great solution to my unique moving situation), to my experience with my moving crew with Darren, Chad, and Kris, I’ve been blown away by this company. The pricing was competitive and beat the other two companies I received quotes from. My crew, Darren, Chad, and Kris, made this the easiest move in my life…and I’ve moved over 27 times both by myself and with other moving companies. They were on time and set up in minutes. They had better gear than any other moving company I’ve used. I fully expected to help them move things to the truck, but they said I could just sit and relax have a coffee! I was pleasantly surprised and relieved because I barely slept due to packing. I was absolutely shocked at both the care they took with wrapping my belongings in blankets/protective wrap/protective boxes, and in disbelief at the efficiency and speed they worked! These guys had my entire fully loaded 1 bedroom apartment onto the truck and we were on the road in just over an hour!!! Not to mention how professional and personable Darren, Kris, and Chad are. They were polite, and demonstratively both experienced and great at their job. They made what I thought was going to be a stressful day a complete breeze. I would highly recommend requesting them by name for your next move. You won’t be disappointed!! So big shout out to Paul’s Moving, and to Chad, Kris, and Darren! I am incredibly grateful for your service.

Great service fair price and I had two of the best guys moving me. Attention to detail just great! Paul is awesome!

All round great from start to finish. From the initial inquiry, quote & pre-move day call from Barb; to the on-time arrival of the movers (Jessie & Kris) who picked up at two different locations & eventually delivering all our stuff at our final destination, safe & sound. There was a challenge regarding our final destinations' elevator time limit, but they adjusted quickly to make it happen. Kudos to the team for making our move seamless & a good experience. We would highly recommend.

We have moved 4 times in the last 7 years. Pauls moving were the best movers bar none. Fast and efficient with care for our possessions unmatched by the others. Would highly recommend Pauls moving, guaranteed to take the anxiety out of the moving experience!

UPDATE: yet another successful move handled efficiently and professionally by the incredibly hard-working staff at Paul's. I cannot say enough about how incredibly accommodating and hard-working these professionals are. I would never use any other moving company and I recommend them to everyone. So impressed (as always) and this is my fourth move handled by Paul's. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the 3 guys that helped us today, but they were all incredible.

Everyone at Paul's is amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. This was a tough one to rate and so it's a long review. Overall our experience was very good, which was a huge relief as we had terrible experiences with moving companies in the past and didn't want to use one again. Paul came out in a timely manner to do a quote, the price was competitive and the office team were very friendly and helpful.

The movers that came to do our medium distance move were very quick even on a fixed rate, very helpful and handled our stuff with care. Unfortunately there were a large amount of an item that did not fit on the truck. This was partly due to a miscount on my part (37 instead of 30) but only 9 of the original quoted 30 fit on the truck so there was also an issue with the estimation of space needed. Paul was great about having another truck pickup the items right away so they didn't interfere with giving up possession of our house and put the items in storage. As we were not a short distance move he was not able to bring them to us right away but said he would add them to his next truck coming our way and there may be a bit of an extra charge. I completely understand unexpected things can happen and I thought it was handled well.

Up to that point I would have easily given 5 star. What brings down my rating was the situation around getting the leftover items. Paul loaded them onto another delivery going to our general area (about 45 minutes away) and would bring them for free if we could pick them up from their delivery location. I would have been happy to do this but it required a large truck and I was given two days notice on a long weekend at the end of a month so not trucks were available to rent. Paul was willing to bring them up to me but wanted a decent amount of money to do it as he had to drive out of his way to do it. I agreed to a price that was higher than I wanted but probably lower then his costs so it seemed like a fair compromise. Shortly after this I was told that another moving company would be bringing them on their way back from a job near their delivery location. I had no problem with this and in fact appreciate that they found a better solution but what made me unhappy was that I was still charged the same price we had agreed to which was based on 3 guys going 1.5 hours out of their way for the delivery. I had to pay the same amount (including giving Paul his cut) for one person to go 5 minutes out of their way to drop them off. Even accounting for loading and unloading time it was probably one hour of labour. This felt a bit unfair and I think the price should have been negotiated, especially given that the majority of what was being delivered had been agreed upon as part of the original quote of work.

We were very happy with the service received from Paul’s Moving. Dustin and Nick arrived on time, and moved all of our larger furniture pieces safely & efficiently. We will definitely use them again if we need to move. We appreciated how safely our items were handled & wrapped in blankets. It really eased our moving anxiety, and their services made our move stress-free. We where moving from a larger basement suite into a smaller apartment, so one piece of our sectional was a bit awkward to get through the tiny hallway, but Dustin & Nick where able to get it through after some maneuvering. We got wonderful service right from the first phone call. I’m knocking off a star because the price they quoted was not anywhere close to the estimate- in fact, it was double which was annoying. Other then that, everything was great.

Paul’s moving was great. We had a long range move across BC. Courteous, professional and very responsive to our needs. They were able to arrange storage for us on short notice as our new house wasn’t ready as early as we were hoping, took a lot of pressure off me and our family for our move.

Overall, the crews were positive, respectful. The scheduling was great. I would definitely recommend.

A move from the city to the country was made SO much easier with Paul’s moving.

They were professional, courteous, and really on the ball and made the process seamless, easy and fast. Delivery was the same, they took great care and every box ended up where is should have been.

If you are considering a move, I would highly recommend Paul’s Moving. A great team, and we are totally satisfied.
