The fascia boards were power washed and scraped where required. The south facing areas required additional effort to prepare them for painting. All was done very precisely and cleanly with extensive use of dropcloths resulting in no spills or drops onto the concrete areas below. The painters were pleasant and easy to have around.
Overall, an excellent job. If painting is required in the future CertaPro will certainly be contacted.

The process from providing a quote to scheduling power wash and paint job had been smooth. All the staff were courteous and accommodating. The painter even stayed late to wait for me to return home from work to do the walk through to make sure I was satisfied with the paint job.

We wanted two very small exterior painting jobs done. We had to make several phone calls to get the project moving forward, which perhaps was a result of some miscommunication. The painter who came to do the job, though friendly, was difficult to communicate with. We have since been given an explanation and apology for this. The two jobs were completed as requested and there was complete cleanup done afterwards. Staff were courteous at all times.

I found CertaPro to be extremely professional. I booked them for a surprise Reno to my parents condo so the painting had to be perfect! The office staff who made the booking, the sales rep and the painter were all committed to our happiness with their service and the painter even came back a second time to do touch up work after I noticed something the next day. The painter was on time and dressed in a CertaPro t- shirt so could be easily identified upon arrival....he had all the necessary tools with him.

Full painting of exterior finished in timely fashion. Good attention to detail around windows and doors. Careful removal and replacement of downspouts and other exterior fixtures. Good attention to clean-up at end of each day. Removal of garbage and masking materials well looked after. Good effort put into completing the project on time.

We bought our new house and wanted it fully painted before we moved in. The painter did a great job and completed the job a day early which was great so we could get a few things done before we moved in.

Certapro was contracted to power wash the entire townhouse complex and paint the 28 carport. Every home owner was super impressed in the quality of work, the professionalism and being open to receiving feedback from the home owners.
