U are home if u are looking for a place that is run by a single man,who makes all decisions, whose"helpers"jobs are to support him&never to question his authority,if u want a place to fit in,a place to subjugate or to earn a position,have a need to be needed,they need people to need them so they can"convince"u to do what they need so u can earn what u need.If u don't mind Alpha being suspicious of u taking his place or of u trying to split the church or buy a position on his board,if u're ok with a Pastor taking urs&other people's problems to the pulpit&argue while saying he refuses to answer thru text,email,etc,if u like to listen to thePastor speak to u,but u not be heard,1Tim 6:4-5.As I experienced.He can useBible to help u through difficulty,but in return he wants loyalty for helping u get a spiritual breakthru,getting thru a trial,&he knows how to use Bible to gain ur loyalty.If u long to serve,&to give it all u've got,and not to be served,if u are a giver and not a receiver,if u are a helper and don't need help,you are home.U must trust him and if u do any"perceived wrong"u may be shunned until u ask him to forgive u,as I was.If u leave the church instead,he will announce it from the pulpit that another disloyal person abandoned him because they don't like what he said.If u enjoy shame&guilt being placed upon u and believing because u feel it,that u have sinned,u like confessing sins that u haven't committed because Alpha believes u have,then u'll fit in nicely.If u like a free iPhone/plan in exchange for helping at CCI,then he will add u to the group phone plan that he oversees.If u have a habit of surrounding urself with2Tim3:1-5type of people,&this seems to be those who u end up getting close to,and getting hurt by,u'll find u are drawn to Alpha Leader.He is charismatic, charming,&able to gain ur trust.He teaches these verses describe himself&all people.He would go further to say thatGen6:5 also does.He says he is a narcissist,but so is the rest of us,so don't point out his sins,he already knows them and says he doesn't want to feel guilt.He denies the power of grace,says it'sGod looking past our active sins rather than being the power to be set free from them, Titus2:11-12.Here it's ok to be a Narcissists&every thought of ur heart only evil all the time,cause God can't see ur sins.If u are ok with public reprimanding,that is the kind of attention u need,u can handle having ur pure motives twisted,u are looking to be rewarded in heaven for being reviled and persecuted&having all kinds of evil falsely said against u,u long to be exceedingly glad,then,this is the place for youMt5:11-12. Watch4/14/24to hear the lies told about me.If u are a flexible perfectionist in all u do,then this is home.Only if u don't change the way things are done,u must change ur ways to Alpha's,must learn to obey him or be warned publically not to call him pastor.U will have Heb13:17memorized soon after deciding to stay here.Looking to be a part of something so significant that many come there to take overAlpha's position, something unique&special,a place to fit in where u know u matter&what u do matters&it's better than any other place u could find,come here.Once u're here be prepared to be told u don't matter as an individual,only as a group.Want to be a part of a group that is stagnant.They say nobody new stays for last 5years,and now CCI is "growing"by giving away free food,clothes,&hot meal on Sundays to attract the needy.Want to be a part of a place that has such drama that it splits apart every other year,then come here.Be warned,only the AlphaLeader is allowed to gossip,u must remain silent especially to any injustices done to u by him.If u leave CCI,they may see u unfit to get a donation statement for that year,as did to me.U won't get transparency in finances here.Ask IRS for past3years 990-PF.If u are looking for Jesus,u can find Him here too,but He only comes with all the above.So if uONLYwant Jesus,to love&obey Him,to be loyal to Him,to serve Him,this is not the place for u.
