Grassmuck Realty, LLC is a full service realty company serving St. Charles, St. Louis, Jefferson, Franklin, Warren and Lincoln Counties. Grassmuck Realty was started in March 2009 by Sandy Grassmuck and has been growing since. Since 2009, Grassmuck Realty has sold over 310 homes which resulted in over $58 Million in sales. In five years we have outgrown 2 offices and are occupying our 3rd location on the same block in Lake St. Louis and in February 2015 we opened a second location in Fenton. We stay very active in our communities and believe in giving back. We are members of the following Chambers of Commerce, Western St Charles County, O’Fallon and Fenton.
