To unsatisfied customer . Your mother brought in the t4's . You were short one . You were fined by CRA because this was the second time in three years for failure to report T4 's . Your mother thoroughly reviewed the return before it was filed .

I do not recommend using this accountant. I had used Paul Coholan to process my income taxes. I submitted all my T4's to him and he only processed 2 of the 3 T4's I had provided to him. I wound up being audited then fined by the CRA for $4500. He never gave me an apology nor offered to compensate me. I strongly recommend you seek another accounting / tax professional.
