Dawes Road Dental Clinic

Recently I had to visit Dr Shekari and the denturist Mr Azzouz a few times. The whole theme including the assistants are very professional, very straightforward with your problems. Their prizes are reasonable and they even take into consideration your financial situation. They certainly have the patients interest at heart. There is also a friendly and supportive atmosphere there.
I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

Recieved a call from this dental hygenist stating I had to come in & provide a signature to process the insurance claim (they could not process it electronically...??) So I said I dont have a problem with that but why have you waited 2 months from my appointment to process the claim?? I then explained they have less then 90 days to process it because as of the new year I now deal with a new insurance company. Unfortunatly there hours do not give me much time to come it as I work 9-5 & they r only open until 6pm...so I get another message 'reminding me' that the signature is needed. Three days pass & I get another call from the actual dentist whom leaves a message stating "if you do not come in for this signature I will be sending this to collections" The f-ing nerve!!!!!!!!!!! 1st off you would have to have billed me atleaset once (3 reminders required before collections can step in) and oh ya why would you bill me when my insurance was confirmed at the time of my appointment to cover the cost of my cleaning...yes this is all over the cost of a cleaning!! Maybe if you had better customer service skills you wouldnt be in such a need for my cleaning fee.

I recently saw Dr. Shekari at this dental clinic for the removal of a broken and fused wisdom tooth. It ended up being a difficult removal, but he was kind and considerate through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
