Strong Dragon Training

At Strong Dragon Training our entire team is dedicated to make any fitness goal an achievable reality, regardless of whether our clients come to us or we go to them. Stepping foot into our facilities, members will be greeted and treated like family. Our gyms are fully equipped for any style of training and ready to provide a safe and effective environment for health and fitness training. Also, when we go to our clients, all Fitness Professionals have police background checks and are fully equipped to bring the facility atmosphere with them. Our staff is fully certified and/or University level graduate, with a minimum of 2 years experience, and we take pride in their creativity and knowledge of the health and fitness field.
