Dr. Vigna routinely performs All-On-4 surgery and is one of only a few surgeons that routinely performs Zygoma implant surgery. Dr. Vigna also lectures on Fixed-Immediate load prostheses with Zygoma implants. In addition, Dr. Vigna is one of the leading clinicians in Canada for Dentsply Sirona and the Conus treatment concept. Dr. Vigna lectures on the Conus treatment concept and produces teaching literature for Dentsply Sirona. Dr. Vigna is the new associate editor of Spectrum Implants: The Journal of Clinical and Practical Oral Implantology.
