This agency is billing me for the full amount on a missed appointment from 2004. I gave them a call and explained that I was sick but they have the stupid policy that you have to give a 24hr notice. So do I have to plan to get sick 24hrs before my appointment? They were very rude to me too and they didn't charge me or sent me any bills until they had already sent the bill to a collection agency. I phoned them right away and they told me that I had to deal with the collection agency, then I phoned the collection agency and they told me that I had to deal with the dental office. No one would help me. I went to the office personally and talked with them about the situation and after arguing with them about how unhelpfull they are and a few phone calls they told me it was resolved. I had my credit checked a few times in the past five years and it was clean but now they are charging me again!!!! These people are only after their money. How many times do I have to explain to them that I don't owe them anything. They never performed any services on me. I'm soooo mad!!!

This dental clinic, claimed that on approximately 197 dollar billing that 80% received on insurance equals 116 dollars. They have charged me the difference not being able to see that 80% of 197 is about 160 dollars not 116. One of the lines on the statement is incorrect but they will not adjust. On top of this they billed me almost 6 months after the service was rendered and then told me I was more than 90 days overdue.
You can do better than to select this shop for your dental needs.
