When they call you to confirm your dental appointment, they charge you $28 per call. The past week they called us three times to confirm three appointments, and proceeded to charge me almost $90 for three 10 second phone calls.
I find this absolutely unethical, not illegal, but unethical. They must make 50 calls a day.
My insurance company is stupid enough to pay the charges.
I've been a patient there for 10 years at least but I don't think I'm going back to that dental office anymore. I can't abide by this.
