Available Roofing & Home Improvement

We had George Kendrick, owner and operator, of Available Roofing & Home Improvement (705-808-2682), carry out some work for our property to replace the siding. It was a fairly simple contract that he failed to carry out unfortunately. He over-charged for the work and for the materials he used, he left our backyard in a state of disarray, didn’t replace the mailbox or the gutters when he took them off, and failed to properly install the siding — in fact, he hired a subcontractor to finish the work and bailed part-way through the renovation. Now that it’s winter, and with the siding only having been on for about 5 months, parts of it are falling off. After reaching out to him several times to get him to come and fix his work and repeatedly refusing to answer his phone, I was able to get on a call with him. During the call, his defamation of me and my family were quite upsetting, and when I went to explain the issues with his work, he hung up on me abruptly. I would definitely NOT recommend this contractor for the quality of his work… Even the half-star (0.5) rating I gave him would be too kind…
