In-home personal trainer in the Raleigh area. I offer one-on-one or group personal training inside your home, office, gym, or outdoors. I travel to Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Apex, and Durham. Typically I'll lead you through a 1-hour workout that includes a mix of strength, cardio, core, agility, and balance for a total body workout so that we can torch as many calories as possible. We will work out with battle ropes, sand bags, TRX, dumbbells, bands, bosu, etc. It's fun and so much better than waiting for equipment or space at a crowded gym.
