Secretary is very unprofessional over the phone and strongly suggested I change my original long preset appointment (marked on calendar for weeks ahead). At the time I was fully focused at work and would have gladly confirmed the original date and time, however felt extreme pressure to fill an "immediate opening" which was convienient for them but not for me, since I had no schedule or calendar in front of my eyes. No other dental office in my life has done me this injustice, this is not the way I do business I keep to my original appointments and depend on the other parties to do so as well with no coercing.
