I have been a patient here a long time. My family and many friends are also. They have been kind, fair, and upstanding. I also believe these Dentists to be good and caring people. Happy and feel pleased to have them as my Dentists.

Very pleased with Arbour Lake Dental
I have been going to Arbour Lake Dental for the past 8 years and am very pleased with the dental work and environment they have provided me. I had been diagnosed with sleep apnea and was fitted with a dental appliance that has really changed my life and have recommended their products to many of my friends who suffer from the effects of this disorder.
I have not problem recommending Arbour Lake to anyone.

so happy
I had a major problem and I was treated with compassion, understanding, and respect. People don't like to pay for dental work but it was not about the money...they truly fixed a major disaster for me. Nothing but good to say.

loved it...if you can love the Dentist
I was so terrified but went in. I was going to have the sedation but decided id try it without and they were all so patient and so kind to me. I have been back many times and will never go anywhere else again.

Thank you Dr Miller!

I am so grateful to have found Arbour Lake Dental Care. I was in serious pain from an experience elsewhere and without even knowing me, went to great lengths to help me and fix the problem! I would recommend them to ANYONE.....this was amazing and I hate going to the Dentist.

OMG Horrible
Today I had the worst treatment here, have been going here for over 10 years!!!
Lack of comunication.
The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing......this is a perfect statement for this team.
Today i had the most painful, traumatising root canal ever, im by no means a whimp, ive had around 7 of them before but Dr C Miller butchered me today, I almost threw up when they used some type of bleachy chemical in the root which made my eyes water, my nose hairs evaporate and my throat feel like I swallowed neat bleach, it was awful. I gagged uncontrollably. I never had this experience before.

Terrible Experience
Absolutely terrible experience. For my consult I waited half an hour just to see the dental assistant, who had no idea why I was there. She was unhelpful and had to disappear for ten minutes every time I had a question. They told me they would be able to use previous x-rays, but when I got there they made me take new ones. When the dental assistant finally got the dentist to come talk to me he LEFT SURGERY to do so. Not comforting when you yourself are going to be going into surgery. The dentist was rude and condescending. I am very anxious about dental work and opted for sedation. Despite being recommended for IV from another dentist, they insisted I go with an oral pill. Big mistake. The sedation did nothing to quell my anxiety, but just made me so incoherent that no one would listen to me. My Mother came with me and told them to come get her when I was going in for surgery and they never did. I covered my mouth and told them I wanted my mom there, and they didn't care, just told me I needed to move my hands. I was shaking and crying and they never paused to make sure I was okay. I told them I could feel them digging for my tooth and that they were hurting me and they didn't care. They did not tell my mom what post surgery medication to get until I was done so she had to leave me there to go get it. They were unprofessional, rude and uncaring. They think that you won't remember everything afterwards but I did, and now I am even more fearful of dentists, and of sedation. Make sure someone who cares about you is right with you to make sure that they treat you like an actual person, or better yet, just choose a different dentist.

So gentle, caring, and helpful
I have had work done by all three Dr. Millers over the past 15 years and have had nothing but positive experiences each time. From the time I walk in the office and am greeted by a friendly face to the time I leave, I feel like I am so well cared for. Dr Miller(s) takes the time to explain the procedures and I always leave feeling very good about the work I have done. I will always put my dental care in their hands!

I wish I could give a lower rating, but I can't. I had sedation dentistry done about three years ago. They soaked me for 3 crowns and some fillings, etc. Did it all at once under sedation, and that was supposed to be that. Ended up having to go back and be sedated THREE MORE TIMES in the following weeks to fix the screw ups they made. Teeth not fitting together so needed regrinding, one crown broke apart, etc. Now today, I am eating a piece of CHOCOLATE, and a crown comes right off. I called them (it is Thursday afternoon), and not only do they apparently not have any dentists available, but they have none in until MONDAY. So I have to suffer in pain, and potentially damage the stub waiting until then? To top it off, the lady says they would have to charge me for it. For what??????? To fix your screw up that shouldn't have happened anyway? I wanna become a dentist at Arbour Lake so I can charge 3500 bucks for a crown, then another few hundred for sedation, then screw it all up, then have the crown fall off, so I can charge to put it back on. What a scam.

Stay away from these shysters. I am sure there are REAL dentists in town who care more about your teeth than the fatness of your wallet.

In Pain
Avoid this dental office at all costs. They don't care about the patient, only about money. The blame is always on the patient and they will not take any responsibility at all. It is just a money making factory that you see as you go past about six people in accounting on your way to the dental chair. The office manager was supposed to send in my insurance authorization and didn't do it and then blamed me. The support staff are very unprofessional in my opinion. Go somewhere else besides this operation.

Office Manager very unfriendly will never go there again
We were book appointments only to go to the office and find out that there was a mistake which than had to be rebooked. This happened on two occasions, back to back. They take no responsibility for there errors. Treat you like cattle. Also the billings, they tell you one price than after everything is completed they come up with other charges which were not originally discussed. Than rather going over the situation with you they just go ahead and bill your dental insurance company which they did in my case. I feel that this is a breach of Trust. We will no longer be going to this dental office and if we are not provided with an apology we will be writing the Dental Association. Not that it would do any-good but at least our complaint is on file.
As far as the extra bill we will not be paying it and look forward to telling our story to the Judge if they decide to go that far.

They pulled the post out during a root canal/crown procedure, twice! Both times it was because of the wrong glue being used on the temporary. The last time I went in to get work done, holding my tooth in my hand because the crown had fallen out, again, they said it required a bone graft and wanted $5000 more. It had already cost $3000 for the root canal and two previous crowns.

I still have a gap because I no longer have a decent dental plan.

Knowlegeable and caring
I'd give a 10 if I could. No body likes going to the Dentist but this is different. They are a group of caring and helpful professionals. They really take the time to explain what I needs and are very skilled Dentists.

If you are looking for the best, this is the place.

soon to be ex customer
went in for a crown, broke the tooth, brutal experience and now need a very expensive bridge. Awful ... also injections hurt like hell, squirted all over me, felt like I was on a conveyer belt, just a piece of meat, very rough, I think they are so used to dealing with sedated people they forget you are actually fully awake... This is my 3rd time here, no more.. (and I do not mind going to the dentist!)

Do not go here
Here's just a few example situations that I experienced at their practice...

- they tried extensively to remove my permanent crown and were pulling and pulling, and then realized and actually said, "Oops, wrong tooth"
- I had to debate at length with the dentist that I would hope that I didn't require a crown on my tooth after he had already put a porcelain overlay on it 3 yrs ago...he actually had to come out to the payment area 3 times and I had to read the file and find the date for him before he appologized and corrected himself
- every time I came in they'd tell me what a great dental plan I had and ask me for the limit
- it felt like a chop shop where they'd shoot me up full of freezing, do a very, very quick repair on multiple fillings...they did not contour my teeth nicely and would just very crudely carve out parts of my retainer to fit my new tooth shape
- every receptionist in the place seems to have botox and/or a boob job

Now I've found a new dentist where I get to see physically see in a mirror the extent of my cavity...and he isn't above my insurers expected costs...and he's found extensive decay under my existing (and fairly new, i.e. 5 yrs old) fillings...he takes the time to adjust my tooth shape to be like my original and polished it so it doesn't feel like sand paper...and very finely fits my retained to my slightly new shape...and...well, need I say anymore?

Worst Experiance Ever!!
Felt like i was treated like a nobody, on top of that they screwed up my bridge & now my jaw hurts all the time. Ive seen a specialist who tell me i need $9000 worth of corrective treatment.

LOVE this office
I LOVE this office...I cant believe I am saying that about a dental experience. I am terrified and they have been nothing but kind, caring, and considerate to me. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

i love sedation
i went there to have sedation dentistry and it was great. i hadn't been to the dentist since i was a teenager and had lots of problems that dr. miller fixed up while i was knocked out. it was great i'd recommend these guys to anyone especially if you are nervous about going to the dentist.

Rip off artists and Dangerous.
Give incorrect or misleading totals. IE give a total of $600 for a 3 part procedure, then after first procedure tell you that $600 is for the first part only and it's $700 and $500 for the next 2. Go in for a regular checkup and cleaning, and they proceeded to do a deep root cleaning (very painfull procedure) without informing me, and without freezing. Have had to have all 4 fillings that they did redone, as the fillings came loose, or there was intense pain due to not getting all the cavity out before filling. Do not waste your time on these people.

Lousy accounting methods
I had some expensive work done and gave them a series of post-dated cheques over a period of several months. They then began sending me bills, with snotty reminders stickered to the bills, that they wanted payment, even though they had the cheques in their possession. The right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing at that office. I am not impressed that they can't even keep track of their accounting.

arbour lake dental
an absolute rip off..does not inform patient of the very high costs just does the work and hits you with a huge bill after. Messed up my daughter's tooth and now she requires a root canal

good technical skills, bad customer service
dentist Miller is good in terms of technical skills, but the office is not friendlt to customres. It is very difficult, if not say impossible, to discuss your concerns over the phone.
