I can tell you about a very bad beer delivery I had just two nights ago. I am a mid age woman and no where near a beer store, so I called Express Liquor Delivery as I have done for nearly five years.
My buzzer isn't working so I went down to the lobby to let the guy in. He DEMANDED I carry it up to the 3rd Floor. I told him that's what he's paid to do. He said "F - You" picked up the beer and left. Won't be calling them again, just plain rude.
To be fair I'm going to say the other people delivery have been good, but this just isn't acceptable. I'm more hurt than angry. :(
