Wish I could rate 0!
Everytime I call I am greeted by a rude man who loves the fact his phone has a hold button.

Basically it's my problem even though they are the delivery service. I need to pick up my own package from them....and quickly they are threatening to return it to sender!

I ordered a package and canpar tried delivering it twice (both times I was at work). They called me a week later and said I have to pick it up at their holding terminal within 5 days or they will return to sender. I could not arrange to pick it up as the terminal is not even in my city. Nobody tried to contact me and tell me they were trying to deliver it or had attempted (at which point I could have made arrangements.) not even a note or slip left. How was I supposed to know? I can't just wait "2-6 weeks" at home for you to come. Rude customer service. Will not deal with them again.

After multiple times attempting delivery to the wrong address, they ended up finally refusing delivery and forced me to pick up my package. No apologies, I was given attitude over the phone.. horrible service. Thanks Canpar.

I wish I could give this company less than one star. They lost my parcel and have no clue where it is. Customer service is non-existent. No one will let me speak to a manager and all I get is tracing is working on it. At least the company that sold me the product is sending me a replacement with CANADA POST. Should have used a carrier pigeon. Probably more reliable

CanPar says they have proof they delivered 2 parcels on the same day to my front porch - I was home but no parcels were delivered - the local office hung up on me - head office and customer support say they are not liable i have to contact EBay now to try and get my money back. The tracking shows the parcel is with CanPar but they lost it someplace on some Front Porch and yet they are not responsible? I have to wonder why anybody uses this company - I will make sure I don't recommend them to anybody.

wow awesome they dropped the package off in a timely manner. but not sure what house they dropped it off at. I feel bad for anybody using this service just waiting now to find out who is reimbursing me for the purchase price from ebay. wow just wow

I paid for my birth certificate, unfortunately CANPAR delievered it..during the weekday when (like 90% of the rest of the population) I was not home..so they sent it to toronto which is 2 hours away from me..Now I can either drive out and get it within the next 5 days or they throw it out. So they are charging me $10 to resend it..but even though I've given them my schedule, they can't even guarantee me that they'll deliever it when I'm home. So my $10 resending fee will probably be a waste.

Canpar tried to deliver a item but left no notice on multiple occasions, when i contacted them to get this fixed and my package delivered they said I could pay $10 to get my package? mistakes happen, good companies work with you to fix them but Canpar won't!
