Kristy's Dance Fusion

For 2 years the management has proven to be unable to work with the paying parents. My mother-in-law bought a ticket for the recital, then was asked to help out backstage with the younger kids. She was unable to watch her grandchild's recital. She asked for a refund, but was denied a refund. The next year the Dance Fusion sold out of tickets for the recital before all parents were able to purchase them. We were told that the office did not have regular business hours and we were to phone ahead to stop by and purchase tickets. 3 phone calls were pointless as the office was not open mid week, midday! We were blamed as parents for not purchasing the tickets earlier- which were not availble at the lessons in Martensville. We recommended that the fees be increased to include 2 tickets for parents, but were told that it wasn't a good idea. What was a good idea for us was to not support Kristy's Dance Fusion anymore. They will not see anymore of our money- especially now that our second daughter wants to be in dance. The girls are enjoying Gymnastics this year! (money better spent as well)
