Dr. Cara Pocano, DDS, DMD earned her dental degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2021, where she was awarded the Miles Markley Clinical Excellence Scholarship for outstanding clinical performance. After dental school, Dr. Pocano practiced in Colorado for several years and embraced the outdoor lifestyle learning to ski and hiking multiple Colorado 14ers on her weekends. Originally from Arizona, Dr. Pocano has since returned to her home state and is excited to serve patients in the community she knows and loves. She brings a full range of general dentistry skills to her practice, including fillings, crowns and bridges, dentures and removable prosthetics, implants, and extractions, with a focus on delivering care that’s both effective and compassionate. Dr. Pocano believes dental care should be personal and respectful, and she makes it a priority to understand each patient as a whole person not just their teeth.
