Reliable fast and friendly been here twice for pick ups and they are very efficient always a good experience

Didn’t have too long of a wait for my items. They guys were really nice. They loaded it nicely into my truck as well.

Smooth experience from the Brick Coquitlam store to the warehouse. The sales associate was helpful and informative and presented all the options for delivery. Went for warehouse pick up as the most cost effective and efficient option since I needed a mattress that day. Warehouse was easy to find and staff were pleasant and timely. I was in and out in 30 min or less

I love that I can pick up my items the same day I ordered!! Put TV died and we needed a new one. I didn't want to wait 3-4 days to get my order. So it's nice that there is an option for same day pick up!

I went to the brick store in North Vancouver we phoned the guy ahead of time if they had one in the store and he said they did. Well they only have ones to look at and we had to drive an extra 45 minutes to the delta warehouse to pick up are dryer. Everyone was really nice though

Pick up was easy, Manchahat was polite and helpful. She sent me an email of pictures of products with dimensions which made my pickup super easy.

The first time I was helped by a girl who was very rude and seemed annoyed, like she didn't want to be working. The next time I got Ashleen and she was so friendly and efficient! Definitely made up for the bad experience.

Great service from the DC when I went to pick up my items. Manchahat was great and Al and his team went above and beyond.

The warehouse staff loaded my chair I ordered into the trunk of my car which was appreciated. What was not appreciated was the warehouse staff providing me with the wrong set of legs for my new chair I tried to assemble at home. As a result I had to drive back to the Delta warehouse, about a one hour round trip, and exchange the chair leg set for the correct one. I was not impressed. The customer service lady at the pickup office thought it was funny I was inconvenienced by the warehouse staff who provided me with the wrong set of legs for my chair. I didn't find my January 31st, 2025 experience at the Delta Leons/The Brick Distribution Centre the least bit amusing at all. In fact I found my experience to be quite annoying to say the least. The other annoying thing was when I called to explain the chair legs mixup situation to the front desk lady it was quite an adventure as she was a challenge to communicate with to the point I had to ask for her boss, a gentleman, so I could explain to him the warehouse staff messed up my order.
The lady tried to foolishly convince me I should file a complaint with the Langley Leon's store after I just finished telling her I picked up my chair from the Delta Warehouse about an hour earlier and it was their mixup to resolve. My terrible experience at the Leons/The Brick distribution centre in Delta was a sharp contrast with my customer service experience at the Langley Leons store which was a top notch customer service experience. The staff at the Langley store are polite, respectful and they communicate well with customers.
The next time I place an order for pickup with Leons I will be avoiding the Delta Brick Distribution Centre. I will be picking up my order from the Langley retail outlet. My experience at the Delta Brick Distribution Centre today was an absolute train wreck. Never again.

Very straight forward experience I appreciated that they gave us an idea of processing time for our order.

It's great you can pick up your order but it is a very long wait. Took a half an hour to wait for a microwave. Went to purchase at a store but they weren't even stocked with microwaves on boxing day. Which you would think they would be since it is a big day for shopping

Pickup is at these nice bays that are under cover so it's nice for a rainy day

We came with a hatchback to try to fit our new recliner in. The 3 gentleman were so kind and helpful. 5 stars for their creative ideas to fit it in the car without hesitation. Such a great experience!!

Very kind and helpful customer service desk, staff seemed lively and excitable, Sunday seems to be busy at the bays for pickup but maybe other days are more busy, was told two were ahead of me and itd be about a 15 min wait. Which isn’t that bad.

I bought a new couch today and did a self pick up, the customer service staff were very friendly and helpful as were the loading dock attendants. When I got home and we went to unload the couch we discovered there was pre-existing damage and the staff here were extremely helpful in helping us to resolve a replacement and exchange of the damaged product.

Speed of service was fast...gentleman bringing out order was very polite and happy!

The place is huge. There’s 7 bays for picking up your products. The staff were friendly and bear in mind to budget 15-20 minutes for them to get your product to the bay door.

I bought a chest dresser, but when I opened the box, I found that it was all scratched and dinged up. The customer service representative's only solution was to suggest that I go to Dollarama and buy a felt pen. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A brand-new dresser should not have any flaws.

Picking up an online order was extremely easy and efficient. I would have no hesitation buying offsite and picking up here again.
