Everything was nice and easy. Our salesman Frank was excellent on the purchase of our new lg washing machine.

One mover was excellent. The other two could not be bothered to be much help. They moved the sofa in and asked if we were good. They did not offer to remove packaging until I asked. They also did not want to put the feet on the sofa as “they are too cold and will crack”. So we were left to do this ourselves 10 minutes later. Not overly impressed with delivery.

Bought new mattress, adjusted bed frame, kitchen table and set of couches from the 137th location. Our sales lady was Simran she was absolutely
AMAZING, she helped me so much. Had a missing cord for the couch she figured it out for me right away!! Also the couches didn’t fit our space and she was awesome at finding us something else for the space and taking the others back! Also the team that brought our stuff was amazing. They set everything up for us and just good people very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend the 137th location and using Simran as a sales lady! Very happy!!

The guys were on time and set up the new sofa and love seat in short order. The bottom of the sofa dust cover arrived torn and I've sent an email in and hope to hear back sooner than later. Too bad it was -18 Celsius in Edmonton on the day of delivery.

It took repeated calls to the salesperson to place my order. He promised to call back but never did. I had to sort it out with online help. Never worked so hard to make a sales to myself. Wanted 2 more of a matching chest of drawers.
The guys did a great job of delivery. Appreciated real time tracking.

Your delivery team were the best! Phoned prior to delivery to confirm address. Very professional upon arrival and delivered my mattress and put it on my adjustable bed frame. I am a happy customer!

Went to make dinner and my 30 year old freezer wasn’t as frozen as it should have been. A quick online search, and found a replacement at a great price at the Brick. I ordered online at 5:53pm for same day pickup, drove to the warehouse and had it loaded in my van at 6:48. Very helpful staff and was able to save hundreds of dollars in food from thawing!! Very grateful for the Brick for making this a very easy and low stress transaction!!

The delivery crew was very friendly, had a good sense of humour, and most importantly, they were careful. They didn’t scuff the walls. They removed the old appliances and installed the new appliances, and were very quick and professional.

The customer service was great! Loading onto our pickup was easier than other locations. This location was 16904-137 avenue Edmonton

The sales people were very patient even though I had to make a change in my original order and then had to add to my second order. Had the same sales rep all the way through. Thank you so much. The delivery guys were great!! They answered my questions and ensured I had all the info I needed. I give them a 5/5 all on their own. I am very happy with The Brick.

Ordered Washer and dryer Sunday, delivered Wednesday. Able to track the deliver clearly and easily and know exactly when they were arriving. They got the job done, hauled away my old ones and place my new ones in the correct area. Great.

SUCH AN EASY PROCESS!!! SUPER FRIENDLY AND ORGANIZED STAFF! I ordered online and paid for delivery but then chose to pick it up myself. NOT A PROBLEM:) They refunded my delivery charge. I drove in and the signs directed me where to go and what to do. Very accommodating and professional. I’m a huge fan:)

Great overall experience! Arrived a week sooner than expected which was great. Delivery was seamless, friendly and assembled the couch quick. The couch is a little firmer, there was none available in the showrooms to test. I'm sure it will soften up in time.

Delivery was on time, notified me of the 30 minute delivery and the day before as well.
Both were courteous and clean. All told an excellent experience.

The delivery was awesome. 5 stars for those guys. However, I did not know it was coming until the evening before. Was told I’d get a call to schedule a day and time but only got an email and text that it was coming the next day. Luckily I was available.

I had a rather unfortunate interaction at the Brick Distribution Centre yesterday evening that unfortunately tarnished an otherwise pleasant shopping experience. I went to pick up my order and while the staff at the desk was lovely, the man that met me at the bay door to load my item was completely inappropriate. He commented on my appearance and asked a number of personal questions and made me feel rather uncomfortable. I just wanted to load my purchase in my vehicle and leave but he kept delaying things by asking question after question. While I was polite it became increasingly frustrating and he tried to get my phone number. The fact that he has some of my personal information from the paperwork I signed concerns me and I just cannot understand why he thought it was in any way appropriate to ask a customer personal questions (my nationality, my marital status, my number, etc.). I was able to finally leave but he was rather relentless and I found his behavior to be appalling. I've tried reaching management at the Centre but so far have not been put in contact with one. I will keep trying so that I can make a formal complaint. If you are a single female picking up an order here, please consider taking a male friend to hopefully avoid this type of interaction.

The sales person Mehr was great helping me find what we needed. Both delivery men were polite and pleasant

Was just here at bay 6 getting my couch. Tried to say hey how's it going was completely ignored. And they man that was loading my couch just pushes it over real hard while I had my back turned as I turned back I had to catch it real fast hurting my shoulder and it still landed hard on the box of my couch hopefully the couch isn't broken very unprofessional this man was.

Waited 1.5hrs today to pick up a twin mattress. Extremely slow service at the distribution center . Do not order if you don’t want to waste your time

New distribution centre in Edmonton North needs a better system for customer service. You will sit there for a good hour then go raise a commotion before you can get your order. Keep assigning people to doors (usually the same door as the previous people) and you cannot get to the door as a good 10+ people are all trying to get in. Their excuse is it’s a new warehouse.

Only two people working in the front helping customers and running between the office and the warehouse. One girl sits in a cubicle putting on make up while we stand there waiting to be helped and get angrier by the minute.

Feel bad for the warehouse staff loading furniture that get the angry customers.

Not good enough. People are driving 8 hours to sit and wait and fight to get to the same door.

I had to go in and yell at two different people to get our order asap. If you aren’t prepared, don’t open it yet. Have better systems in place before you take people’s money that we work hard for.

Wish there was an option of zero stars, so you’re lucky you get at least one.

They gave us notice they were on there way and when they arrived they carried everything to its proper place which included 2 flights of stairs. They were respectful of the walls and were super quick. Excellent service.

We came to the distribution center to pick up a TV stand we'd purchased that wasn't in stock right away at the store and overall we are happy with the experience. Staff were quick and pleasant to deal with. There was a guy in line ahead of us that was pushy and unpleasant but the lady at the counter handled him well so I applaud her for her customer service skills. We were in and out in 15 minutes. I'll also mention how accommodating they were of the fact we weren't able to pick it up right away when it first arrived at the center and at no point was anyone rude with me about it or attempting to pressure me to come sooner. I'd happily shop with the Brick again.
