Super easy to to reserve. Excellent customer service when visiting the office to view storage units. Facilities are clean and will be easy to move my belongings into. Got everything I was hoping for.

The person was very informative, and was patient with my few questions. He was polite and took his time to show me the forms to be completed.

Excellent service, no waiting time, reasonable rates, and terms and conditions of storage clearly explained. Very pleasant staff.

We have rented a unit in 2019 and we were paying a little over approx $120 it seems every few months they raise the price. Today in 2024 we pay over $200 . Guess Everyone wants to take advantage of rent increase. All I can say it's time to get out of here and have a big garage sale. The good things are it's clean.

My realtor recommended PS specifically as the best in town, regardless of if it’s the closest option. I signed up online then finished the last part in person, as required. Raquel helped me wrap up the contract then showed me around. She was incredibly helpful and great to work with - nice facility and great staff

This storage facility is great! Starting with the service I received from Raquel who is fantastic! It's so convenient with the heated drive in during winter or for those rainy days in the summer. Everything is clean and they have a good choice of sizes up to 10x20. I'm a happy long term customer!

The only reason I don't give this place a 5 star is because it's expensive like any other storage, so price comparison its good. It's cooler then I would like but then again I'm sure all large storage units are colder. It's consistent so I guess that's a plus. The one lady near the end, was very helpful and worked with me on a dilemma I was having, I do believe she was higher up,but I could be wrong. Either way, she was helpful and kind and took the time to help me. The couple employees I seen on a regular basis were friendly. I hope to never need storage again, but if I ever do I wouldn't hesitate to use this storge facility.

Very happy with the service Raquel gave me today. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every step was covered and explained 100% with no questions left unanswered. Highly recommended.

We really appreciated the heated loading bay at PS during this winter! Everything was clean and worked efficiently, from the easy code access to the sensor lights to guide us through the building. We used the large-sized unit (10×10), taking advantage of the good 3 month promotional offer. It is good to see that there is a wide range of units for if we ever need a smaller space. As well, the staff at the Guelph office are friendly and welcoming and the access hours are convenient outside the office hours. An excellent experience that fully met our needs!

Very clean and easy to access facility in Guelph.
I rented one of the small storage spaces for more than a year without any inconveniences.
The space was big enough to store a King mattress, an adult bicycle, a coffee table, several medium size boxes full of stuff, a medium size ladder, an electric scooter, photography equipment, big suitcases etc, etc, etc.
Highly recommended and I would use it again if I have to.
