As far as this Public Storage goes, it's clean, well located - easy in and out, ample parking, elevator a plus and customer service definitely a five star. Getting/Setting up a unit at this location was easy and competitively priced. Definitely would recommend 👍

Been using this facility for storage for almost a year now, great customer service. Im not overly enthused about the monthly price fluctuating before 1 year, and specifically had it explained that it could be at anytime this price can go up.... but it is what it is if you need it. Reasonable pricing, just dont like it fluctuating like that

This location is convenient for downtown Hamilton. Good customer service. Staff were helpful and were reassuring about the security of our things. Storage can be expensive, so take advantage of available promotions. Access to the facility was easy after hours and staff are available everyday of the week. This was helpful because we moved on a Sunday. All in all, friendly staff and convenient location are highlights!

I looked at 3 sites for storage for my Rotary Club and I felt Public Storage on Hess St North was the best option. Staff were very helpful in explaining options of size and price - this was important for a small organization that tries to keep costs down so it can give funds raised back to the community. Public Storage is clean and well organized. We have 24/7 access if needed and was in a good location, easily accessible to club members. I expect this is the permanent home for the storage needs of the Rotary Club of Hamilton AM.

Great place to store my stuff.

Hasn't even been a year and my bill went up already at completely random by 20 bucks.
That kinda sucked...Other than that this place is clean and very easy to access. Has ramps, elevator and carts.

Ooh and I wasn't even offered the dollar first month discount when I first signed up. Make sure you mention it otherwise you won't get it

Place is clean and Office staff very helpful

Super quick process and very competitive rates. We came in at 5:10ish (Office closes at 6) and Brandon still helped us with a bright smile and energy. Super clean facility and moving the bulky stuff was a breeze thanks to the massive dollys they got!

Hess Street location is convenient for its short walk to the Victoria Park area. Various shapes and sizes of storage units (promotional rates apply for some, check website for price and discount list). Good access hours (05:00-22:00 daily). Restroom available during rental office hours (must borrow key). Well secured with electronic gate and entry door to building. Each unit door is locked by padlock (can use your own). Attention is paid to pest and fire control. Units can be reserved for thirty days at no charge. Stop in at least an hour before rental office closure to get a tour of the different units. Emma is particularly friendly and professional. Recommended, cheers.

Emma and Pat were great to deal with! As I have never rented a storage unit before, Emma answered all my questions with patience and politeness....also truly appreciate the time they took to help me with this rental and also how easy it was to get everything moved in !!

Great storage facility. Very clean and temperature is well controlled. Best part is the staff. Extremely professional and very helpful. Pleasant group to deal with! Would definitely use this facility again if the need arises.

Very friendly service and clean premises. We have used this storage facility twice now and have been happy both times. Both easy access and secure.

Used this facility for about 3+ years. Clean, climate controlled and secure, never had any issues. Updated cargo elevator and exterior security access gate installed recently. It's also nice that they changed the access hours to 5am-10pm. The only downside is the price. It is a bit pricy $166+tx/mo for a smaller unit, but I suppose you pay for the convenience of it being in-town. Would definitely use again if the need arises.

The staff is super friendly! Pat was so nice on the phone yesterday and today Ivy was an absolute sweetheart showing me around and helping with paperwork! The place is clean and well organized. They have all your moving supplies too!

Great staff but there’s an employee who’s been there for years who clearly hates his job
Guy laughed n didn’t care one bit after letting them know multiple times my unit was leaking. I pay a premium for insurance and since I don’t have receipts for items I bought over 3 years ago nothing was done about it, no compensation or anything. As an adjuster and certified water restoration technician I was real pissed to find out I wasn’t getting anything even though there was just 4 grand in water game’s property. They wouldn’t even bother sending an adjuster before emptying my unit and the adjuster who reviewed all the photos of mouldy and water damaged items said there aren’t any damages.
I returned back with photos of multiple loupe leaks, puddles in my unit and puddles leaking out of other units. Place is a complete scam. They’re so friendly and give you awesome deals but they screw you in the end

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. In particular, Emma and Ivy were amazing due to their helpfulness. I really appreciated their understanding as I faced a very stressful time in my life. The storage shed was very clean and easy to access. I would recommend this storage facility to others.

Had a great experience renting a storage unit at the 175 Hess St. N location. They were very helpful and took their time to explain the process. I even got a discount on my rental. Very happy with the service.

This facility is in great shape and the staff is phenomenal. I went to check out units this week and Emma was incredible helpful and knowledgable. She answered all of my questions, showed me several available units, and provided expert guidance in making my decision to rent. The facility is clean, secure and well lit. So far it's been a fantastic experience overall.

Vashny and Patrick welcomed us to set all papers stuff, it was done in 10-15min and they provided clear information about insurance and the way payments will be done. The place is clean, the staff is professional so I can only recommend this place if you need some temporary storage.

I had been a customer here for 5 months before realizing that I was eligible for a veterans discount. After bringing this to the attention of Public Storage I was given my 10-15% percent discount bringing my rate from $200 to roughly $170. After a single month they decided my monthly rate would be increased by almost 25$ basically putting me back to my original rate. Do what you will with this information, I wont be suggesting this company to any friends or family moving forward.

I absolutely love this place and the staff are exceptional!! There's a gentleman who's a manager, as well as female assistant manager (I believe), and a female employee who always go above and beyond for customers. They are so professional, yet make you feel like family. There's absolutely ZERO judgment and discrimination from them. The building is kept immaculately clean so I have never had issues with anything here at the 175 hess st n location. I can definitely say that if these 3 beautiful people weren't here then it wouldn't be the same. I'm grateful for everything they have done to help me.
