As part of the Accounting Team, the ideal candidate will apply their technical accuracy, self-initiative to problem-solving, positive team and customer-service attitude, and organization skills to ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently to meet strict monthly deadlines. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, this position is a full spectrum accounts payable position that will suit graduates with 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant position. RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurate data entry in a high volume environment. Accurately, and within the required timeframe, processing expense claims, contractor invoices and other types of supplier invoices. Follow all accounting protocols and expected standards, including cheque runs. Undertaking necessary cross-checking procedures to ensure accuracy in processing.
