I can only speak for the customer service and getting the quote. Excellent communication, customer service was very nice and the sales representative that came to my home was excellent. He answered all my questions and very attentive. I'm still shopping around and have not made a decision however based on the experience that I have received with other companies this is by far the best service. Pricey but you pay for better quality and service.

I Had Bayou City Exteriors put in windows and doors 4 years ago. I put a review in then. but thought it was time for a new one. The doors and windows still look great, I just called recently to order a new door handle and they replaced it free of charge. The customer services is excellent as is the owner and his staff.

They were great from start to finish. My sales representative was knowledgeable and good about answering questions and concerns.The owner of the company was incredible! He personally made sure that the work was done to my standards, which are very high. I will use this company to convert my home to solar in the future.

We contracted with Bayou City Exteriors for new swinging french doors(aluminum high impact).We were pleased with the installation and couldn't be happier with the doors!Everyone at BCE was very helpful. Thank you BCE ....best front doors we have ever owned.

Removed and replaced windows and doors in a timely manner. Left everything very clean and took away all of the debris. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in upgrading. And WOW!!!!!! I'm in love with my house all over again.
