I would like to give Sarah from the Access Storage on Prospect in Midland a very big thank you for going above and beyond.

I was moving a nephew from Kitchener and at the end of the day decided there was too much to simply move and I needed storage. It was a Saturday at 10 minutes to closing - I spoke to Sarah - they had space - but I needed to complete their application process - and of course - nothing on my phone worked right. Sarah was very patient - and we worked through what was needed and I secured the unit. The 5 o’clock phone call lasted until right before 6 pm without any complaint and total kindness on Sarah’s part.

Dealing with Access Storage was a great experience. Initially I had committed to a heated unit with access from indoors. When I needed to change it to a heated unit with access from outdoors it was handled with a simple phone call. When it came time to do the paperwork for the account, Sarah was a delight to deal with. She made sure the account was set up exactly as I needed, answered all my questions and did this professionally and with a smile. I've had the unit for about four months now. There's always good security and easy access for valid customers. All in all I highly recommend Access Storage. Good prices, good people and great service. That's exactly what I needed.

Great service! I was downsizing my storage unit and they got me setup with the new unit and took care of canceling the existing unit after I transferred my items. It is a clean, well maintained place. Highly recommend

Joseph was amazing and quite helpful regarding our needs and changes we needed to make for our unit. The whole process was a breeze and was one less thing for us to worry about during our move.
Though we didn’t end up using our storage unit, I would highly recommend using them!

We had a great experience with Access Storage. They were so kind and helpful when we first went in (my mom had just passed away) The unit was spotless as was the property every time we went. They had all the packing supplies we ever needed and they often helped us take it all out to the car saving us multiple trips. Invoices came on time, billing was a breeze and every time we contacted them they replied promptly. Security was good and the property felt very safe to us.
