I received my nurse practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University in 2012 and my nursing degree from The University of Arizona in 2001. I have 12 years of experience in family practice as a nurse practitioner.With my background and training as both a nurse and a nurse practitioner, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how the mind-body connection can impact health and well-being. My approach to care is non-judgmental and empathetic, grounded in a realistic and holistic perspective that meets the unique needs of each individual. I see myself as both an educator and a guide, helping individuals become the primary decision-makers in their own care. I also believe in the power of community collaboration to provide the best possible care for every person.
