As a licensed massage therapist, I serve as a guide, educator, and space holder for you as your body heals and you seek heightened levels of wellness and self-awareness. Using my knowledge of the soft tissues of the human body I assess various layers of fascia, muscle, and connective tissue. By massaging and manipulating these tissues with healing intent and respect for you, my client, I enable the curing powers that lie within you. Sessions are always confidential and are based on your needs, even if those needs change mid-session.
